I have been a ~1 acre pond owner for the past 17 years in a woodsy area of Southern Connecticut. Every fall an abundance of leaves fall in the pond and I’ve noticed over the years a slow and steady buildup of muck at the bottom of the pond and edges and a creep of growth of plants into the edges of the pond almost decreasing its size. I was even worried at some point we would need to dredge the pond at the cost of many tens of thousands of dollars. Also, every year in mid-late summer we have needed to spend +$1,000 to treat it professionally for Duckweed and algae. BUT….Last year I treated the pond with SchlixX Plus early in the growing season. I was able to do it myself.  This year, not only did I notice a cutback in the mud and muck and a return to sandy bottoms in some areas but for the first time we did NOT need to professionally treat the pond to get rid of the late summer bloom/green surface. I heartily recommend ALL pond owners—from the average suburban homeowner to homeowner’s associations on larger bodies of water and golf course managers with many ponds—to give SchlixX Plus a try. It is an absolute game changer, and the results have been nothing short of miraculous.. I also love that it’s all natural, doesn’t require permits, and has multi-year benefits.
